I filed a malpractice lawsuit against a Doctor in 2005.During surgery on my ankle a drill bit broke off and was left in My ankle.I was not told about it until i seen it in the X ray myself. The case went to the board and it was denied.How do we go about appleaing this?The lawyer who took the case doesnt want to pursue it

There is no appeal of a medical review panel decision. Rather, you may proceed to file a lawsuit now that a panel decision had been rendered.
