Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Car Accident

If i hit some from the rear, I know it is my fault and now the person is claiming he was injured and know there is medical expensives to be paid. However if they did not go at the time of the accident is it still my fault? Because they could have got injured after the accident and are blaming it on me.

Thank you for your question. The fact that the person did not claim injury at the time of the accident does not mean the person was not hurt. They may or may not have been hurt due to the accident. You need to report the claim to your insurer and they will conduct an investigation. Good luck.
