I was electrocuted at work and it was supervisors fault and I want to know if I need a lawyer

If the injury took place in Indiana and your employer is paying any related medical bills and compensating you for your time off-work, you have have no need for an attorney. Workers' Compensation is a No-Fault system. It doesn't matter who was at fault.
