You may have a cause of action against the bar and grill, the owner of the ramp if different and possibly a contractor, if there was one responsible for removing the snow. Without investigation, it is hard to say whether there is fault here. Had you been to this facility before? Did this happen at night? Was snow piled onto the ramp or was it a natural accumulation?

Was there any indicia of the ramp, such as a railing? You should contact an attorney who can conduct an investigation on your behalf. Assuming that liability can be established, you would be entitled to lost wages, disability, medical expenses and pain and suffering. Feel free to contact me as I do handle personal injury cases in your area.
