Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

i took my vehicle into a service center for them to repair 2 brake lines that i provided. while in their shop they dropped the vehicle ff the lift causing damage to my vehicle. when i went t pick up the vehicle is when i was informed of the damage they did not attempt to contact me prior to my arrival to pick up my vehicle. the owner informed me that they would "fix" my vehicle and not charge me for the repairs to my brakes or i could pay for my brakes and they would "repair" the damage. after my wife saw the vehicle she was told they would repair the vehicle at any time she felt it needed to be until the owner retired. she decided she wanted it repaired 3 days later and when i went to pipck up the vehicle i was charged for the brake repair. ifeel since the damage was done through the negligence of the repair shop these repairs should have all been done at no cost. they admit the damage being their fault. is there a legal way to get them to compensate us for the repairs and cost of a rental vehicle for 3 days while my wife was without our vehicle?
