Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I live in Indiana and the state put a protection order on my husband and I how do we get the protection order removed, we never asked for the protection order.

There must have been some reason why the order was entered even if you didn't request it. First, go to the source and have a meeting with whoever did request it and see if it can be agreeably rescinded. If not, you need to retain counsel to file a formal request with the court that originally issued the order to consider retraction of the order.
