I Was n A Car Accident And I And The Party Resides In Lake County IN... The Insurance Company Waited For Two Years After To Take It To Court And They Ended Up Suspending My Driver Licence. But The Attorney Did Not Take It To Court In Lake County IN., He Did It In Boone County, IN. And Thats Out Of Our Juridiction. So How Can I Appeal This And Get My Driver Licence Back So I Can Work
