Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
a bank accepted my submitted bid (signed paperwork through thier realty agent) . they notified the realtor by email, which is the norm, and then would draft papers for final signing. two days later the bank says the person that accepted the bid was not qualified to do so and that it was a mistake. is this illegal or just unethical

it may not be either illegal or unethical, it coud actually be a mistake that fortunately was caught early. Now, whether you can enforce the agreement is another issue. You should consult an attorney in person and bring your paper work.
