Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I bought a handyman special mobile home for $100 and have put over $500 into it to make it liveable not to mention my time doing it. It has been 3 months and it appears there is no title or record of this home being where mine in and the company gave me a bill of sale for a trailer not mine (verified by the local police upon inspection). Can I get my money back plus what I put into the trailer?

The amount doesn't sound like it's worth fighting about. You could probably get your $100 back in small claims court, but it's doubtful that you could recoup the additional layout money. Chalk it up to experience and education.
