Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

My brother and sister in law have moved into my fathers house. In his will the sale of the house will be divided 4 ways.He is 90 years oid and still pretty healthy. Will them living there affect the sale and division of property after Dad passes? They have no financial investment in the property. They live in Indiana
