Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
While living with the mother of my children, I purchased a timeshare, I put her on the account for convenience because she would be the one taking care of the bookings. We have since departed ways and now she wants to use the timeshare. I have proof that I paid for the full amount of the timeshare. We had been together for 1 year at the time of the timeshare purchase, and dissolved out relationship 2 years after purchase. Does she have any rights to this condo?

She may have some interest. It will take the work of an attorney to remedy the problem that you have made for yourself.
