Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

I recently broke up with my girlfriend. She had gotten me a pair of Oakley sunglasses for Christmas last year, and when we broke up she stole them back so she could sell them. Is there anything I can do to get them back? What are my options at this point?

1. You can sue her for the value of the glasses, and ask the court to award 3 times the value, plus your attorney fees.

2. You can sue the person who bought them for return, if you know who that is.

3. You can file a stolen property report with the police.

4. You can chalk this up to experience and move on.
