Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

A tenant signed a two year lease, but has vacated after the first year. He installed a basket ball goal that is cemented in the ground. Now he wants to take it. Does he have the right to come back and take it?

Yes. But only if he doesn't damage the ground.
