conscent laws

if i am 16 and i have a friend who is above 18 and there is no sexual relations going on, if my parents think there are then can they press charges on him even without any evidence?

They can always try, but if they lie about what you and your friend are doing, they can be arrested for filing a false police report.

If they and (and you) are truthful, no law is being broken.
