Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

new mother quit job-harassed about breastfeeding

i am just back to work after maternity leave. i have had a cup held under my breast, got milk written beside my name on the chalk board, and i just had to quit because the head of the department and my manager screamed that i was lazy and they have to cover me when i am ''milking'' myself. now i need to know what to do.

Sounds like you need to file an EEOC complaint immediately. Contact an attorney first - use one near you, but make sure s/he has experience in this area of the law.
