Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

my friend is being sexually harassed by thier boss they have proof of it in text messages and they are gay and the boss always makes comments about seeing them and thier partner togther and offers them money for it and always offers money to see their private parts! well they have no handbook stating the procedures to take for it and to be frank they company is always changing their hours and and they r sick of being at their every becking call. Its like when the boss calls they have to drop everything even if its 12 at night. Im really tired of my friend stressing out over it and imwondering what she should do
