Re: naked picture
Your employer has a legal obligation to protect you from sexual harassment by customers. You don't say whether your employer has a written sexual harassment policy. However, it sounds like (following your complaint) your employer did contact the customer. The legal question to be answered is: Was that a reasonable response to your complaint? Well, basically, the proof is in the pudding. If you have further problems with the customer, then, in my opinion, your employer's response was inadequate and you probably have a case. If you have no further problems, you probably don't have a case.
