I need to know more about your situation.

1) did your boss ever ask for sex and then take action against you because you rejected him?

2) does your employer have more than 6 employees? More than 14 employees?

3) does your employer have a policy and procedure in place for you to complain if you feel you are being sexually harassed? Did you make a complaint pursuant to the policy? What was your employers' response?

4) if I understand your inquiry correctly, you quit your job. If so, what was the final incident which caused you to quit?

5) when did all this happen? More or less than 300 days ago?

In my opinion, whether or not you have an actionable claim for quid pro quo sexual harassment or hostile environment is dependent on your answers to these questions.
