Is it safe to use ''Quicken's Will Creator'' to create a generic will to cover guardianship of my two children??

Probably not. I cannot say absolutely either way because I have no idea what and why you want to do exactly. What these programs are good for is preparing a document which you can discuss with an attorney. Frankly, the idea of trusting my children to Quicken worries me.
