Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana
i had serious burns to 2 of my fingers. i had 3 operations,it looks like i should make a full recovery. i heard i can't get compention for pain and sufferng or scaing. is his true? also they say i have possible lietime surgeries so could i get a settlment for this?
