Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Iowa
I'm having problems with neighbors trespassing on my property and tearing up my yard and spraying unwanted weed killer on my yard. Clearly this is a violation to me and I want to know what legal action I can take. I'm tired of being taken advantage of. I've contacted law enforcement and they were not helpful.
What legal actions can I take to stop my neighbors from violating my privacy and property?

It is a civil matter which is why law enforcement does not get involved. You can hire an attorney and file a lawsuit. Of course, you'll have to fund the litigation at anywhere from $125 an hour on up, and you'll have to prove your contentions if you ever get to court, and you'll have made an enemy for life of your neighbor.
