Credit Card Debt
9 years ago I had a balance of $5,600 on my credit card with no activity since then. I am being threatened with legal action now, should I be worried?

Perhaps. It depends on your asset/income picture. I counsel people on debt negotiation/reduction by having cc debts drastically reduced without bankruptcy.
