Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa
Our County has hired a firm to come in to assess real estate property in our County. The workers going around coming onto property they are asked not to, and even lied to a 13 year old girl to get into her home to assess the home. We have no idea who these assessors are or their backgrounds, but alone in a home with a 13 year old? Unacceptable. What are our rights to stop this? Can we get an injunction to stop this?

Who are you and what is your standing in this matter if any? At this point all I'm hearing is you don't like it.
