Legal Question in Criminal Law in Iowa

So I am facing Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. My question is does this charge allow for the deferred judgement or sentence to be used? I am under the impression that this is a non forcible felony. I also understand it could be class B or class C. To my knowledge it weighed under 5g and to be a class C it is to weigh equal to or below 5g. This would be my first felony charge, so i know that doesn't disqualify it. I just wasn't sure if I would qualify for the deferred judgement or sentencing.

A lot depends on your past conduct-arrest record, criminal history, and so on. A deferred judgment is at the discretion of the court. You should make sure to confer with your attorney about this.
