Age Limits/Rooms

What are the circumstances of a daughter living in a one bedroom apartment with her father. Is there an age limit as to when she will get/need her own room? Her father has a new girlfriend now and i dont want them all sleeping together. He gets her every other week (full week) during the summer. Is this ok?

The answer to your question is no....unless something's in the custody and support order. The issue here is not what you like or don't like, the question will be is she safe or not?
