Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Buying a house on contract. Wife moved out and got her own place. House is not paid off. Contract is with landlord not a business. Can I keep her from coming in whenever she wants

You could change the locks if you anticipate that bad things would happen if she is there when you are not. How about just making an arrangement for her to retrieve what she owns under adult supervision and then change the locks?
