If my child's mother and I have a joint custody agreement between each other without a judge and my child's mother has my daughter in a dangerous home environment can I get my daughter from school without getting a kidnap charge here in Iowa

A "joint custody agreement" without a judge is meaningless in a legal sense. Anything can happen.
