Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

If I file online for an uncontested divorce, will my spouse verbal hold up as if it is as court ordered? I am concerned that he may try to get out of child support obligations.

Do NOT do an online dissolution of marriage-in your case there is far too much risk involved. I do not care if it comes from Legalzoom, Complete Case or any other packager of forms. Get yourself a competent family law attorney to handle it.
