In Marriage of Anderson-Gerels, 899 N.W.2d 741 (Iowa Ct. App 2017) payment was made at the beginning of the spring and fall semesters. Any attempt to deviate from paying the tuition bills as they come due might be seen as an attempt to evade responsibility for the debt. It's an obligation like any other.
