im indonesian, i went to college in the us. i was charged for DUI (2004, i was arrested for 2 days, then there was a driving test for DUI, i did not attend the driving test, after that, there was a court that i had to appeal to charge me, whether i would be arrested for 7days to 3 weeks. and i did not attend the court and i went back to my country indonesia until now 2008. how can i go back to the states? is it true that in 5 years the records will be restored? or 7 years? or there is no record of me anymore? thanks

That is not correct.
If you have been charged criminally and you left the jurisdiction to avoid prosecution, the Statute of Limitations is tolled for the time period that you were out of the jurisdiction. As a result, a warrant may still be active and executed in the event you are stopped in the U.S.
