Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
to whom it may concern
I am married and have 4 children. before all this I was convicted of drugs charges. I had my green card and it was taken away when i went to prison and then was deported. I was wondering if my wife could every help me get my green card again. My wife is a us citizen. it has been 13 years since all of this happened. please respond

You may be eligible for 212(h) waiver. I need to see your criminal records. Your wife needs to sponsor you for spousal petition.Though I am in Los angeles..I can do the paperwork from here.
