Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
My husband was arrested and charged with dwi and sentenced with time served he is now waiting for ice to pick himup if ice does not pick him up within 48hrs is he released from the county jail?

No, he will not be released. He will be transferred to ICE federal custody and will be placed into removal hearing in immigration court.
