Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
I live in Iceland and I have a girlfriend with us citizenship, but she has been living in my country for around 8 years now.. Her dream is to move back to the US to her fathers family again. Her mother is Icelandic.. So I want to ask, what can I do to get permission to move to and work in the US? Marriage is on our plan for the future :) but we like to go as soon as we can, I already know about a job for me..

Your girlfriend can either file a K-1(fiance visa) for you; my office is seeing a processing time frame of about 4-6 months for this.
As you said you want to enter the U.S. asap, I would suggest you file a tourist visa - but call my office for a free consultation so I can go over everything with you properly.

The fastest and/or cheapest way to come over would depend on the two of you. Mainly, it would depend on whether you get married before or after you enter the US. For a free case evaluation, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].
Hi,
You can enter the U.S. on a visa waiver program; this is the fastest way to enter the U.S.
