Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
Recently married, spouse is illegal, how do you go about for applying for residency?

Congratulations on your marriage!
First, you have to establish if your new spouse is eligible for adjustment of status or not. (Not all people who are in the USA illegally are eligible. Some have to go abroad to apply for a visa). If eligible, there is an application process called 'adjustment of status'.
