Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I have been accused of sexual harassment. The case was unfounded. I had a meeting with my manager and district advisor and they told me that because of the accusations and because my employees did not respect me as management that i had to transfer. I refused to transfer because i feel that if my employees did not respect me then they should have enforced it instead of making me transfer so my district advisor made it as if my only choice was that or to quit. I told her i would not transfer as i told her previously she said"then u quit???" I told her "i guess". I do not feel i was treated fairly working for 4 years and them considering me a good employee. What should i do now???

Iowa is a right to work state. That means you can be terminated for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all, unless you have a contract of employment or are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

I think your supervisor acted properly-you voluntarily quit.
