Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

Can my owner at work say that everybody can wear hawkeye attire only. Not allowing me to wear a different Collage team. Is that Legal?

There's no law about it but I can tell you that Iowa is a right to work state-which means you can be terminated for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all unless you have a contract of employment or are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Read into that all that you care to.
