Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
i just moved out and im saying with a freind. im 17, and me and my father both agreed to this. i moved in with a freind. my father manages the mobile home park that my friend lives in, and says this is a conflict of interest because if he evicts my friend, he can sue and say that my father evicted them because i was living there. is this true? can my father consent and avoid this?

I don't think so. If I understand it, you moved in with a friend who is going to be evicted by your father in his capacity as manager of a mobile home park. Presumably your friend has broken the terms of his/her lease or has made himself/herself persona non grata for some reason.
Where's the conflict of interest?
