room mate in a broken lease
My daughter is in an apartment and the girl that signed the lease has chosen to break the lease. The caretaker of the apartment now says my daughter need to move out. She has paid her August rent in full. What rights does she have as she would like to stay in the apartment and try to find another roommate?

Would need to review Lease but unless she pays full rent she is in Breach.
