Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
Seller of contract died
We recently purchased a house on contract. The seller suddenly died. He had no will and was divorced and has a 12-y.o. daughter who do we pay the monthly payments too? The ex wife thinks she gets the money is this right?

If no will, then a Guardian will need to be accepting payments. Hopefully NOT the ex wife.
