Legal Question in Immigration Law in Jordan

Hi, I live in Amman, Jordan and I am married. My brother, who is a US citizen, filed I-130 petition last year. It was accepted this year. Now, my wife and I want divorce. We will get divorce very soon. I am planning to marry an American woman who lives in Amman. We knew each other for more than 10 years. Can she apply for me to obtain US citizenship after marriage? What about my accepted I-130 petition? Is there any risk? Thanks and cheers.

Before an American wife can petition and sponsor a foreign husband, she has to establish her domicile (residency) in the United States. Form your post, I understand that this woman has been living permanently in Jordan for at least 10 years or could be longer.

Brother's pending petition should not be a problem.
