What are the Kansas, Missouri Internet pornography laws.
I am wanting to start an internet pornography website that will be hosted in the state of Kansas or Missouri. What are the laws or how do I obtain an up to date copy of the laws regarding Internet pornography.

You can go to your local library and perhaps they will have set of Kansas or Missouri statutes on what constitutes pornography. However, in my opinion, the most important analysis will likely come from a reading of state and federal court cases. (The statutes are still important but how the courts have interpreted them will likely shed more light on what is and isn't likely to be allowed.)
To do this analysis, you should consult with an attorney licensed in at least one of those jurisidcations.
