judgement and garnishment

if you have a judgement with a creditor, if they make payment arrangements will their still be intrest or do you just pay off the amount

It depends upon the agreement you reach. It has been my experience that absent a specific agreement, the interest continues to accrue. The deal is usually to not take other collection action so long as the agreed payments are made on time.
