Emancipation
I am the non custodial parent. The child is 17, has
graduated from high school and is working full time but
continues to live with the mother. My divorce decree
states my child support obligation ends when the child
is emancipated. Is she now emancipated?

That would depend upon the law in the jurisdiction which granted the divorce and orders affecting the child--this is an unusual term for a KS court to use.
