What is the steps of changing my sons last name ??

I have full custody due to PFA the father has no rights I am wanting to change my sons last name to mine, just wondering The steps for Kansas

There is a set process in each County. In some, the Clerks can provide forms and a description of the steps. In most, you'll do better if you have an attorney handle it for you.
