FMLA and breast pumping

I work in Kansas and I need to know what laws apply to my rights to pump at work.

If you are eligible under the FMLA--have worked enough hours over the past year, you might be entitled to intermittent leave for the care of the child, but this probably would not last more than 12 weeks. You also might have to use an amount of time that is equal to the increments that the employer uses to track time---like at least 10 minutes or 15 minutes....which, I assume is not a problem.
