Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas
Legal Term
What is the legal term for when a person represents himself/herself in a civil litigation? I think it is something like Pro Se but am not sure of the spelling. Thank you.

You are correct, it is "pro se," which means for himself or in her own behalf.
