Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
I am 18 years old, I am a U.S Citizen and my parents are here illegally. They have worked here illegally since I was four and they did it for me and my siblings to live better. Is there anything I can do for them? If so, at what age? And what steps should I take?

Under current law, the only thing you can do for them is to petition for them when you're 21 as a first step. However and unfortunately, because they came here illegally, the only thing you can do after that is to wait until the law changes in the future to let people like your parents adjust their status to that of a green card. Or, wait for amnesty that would probably help people like them.

You have to be at least 21 to petition for your parents.
If they came to USA on visas (long expired), then they should be able to apply for adjustment of status whenever you are old enough to petition for them.
Have they applied for anything with INS/USCIS in the past? Did anyone ever filed any petition for them?
It's not likely that there would be any form of "amnesty". The immigration reform was moved to 2010, and it's likely going to be a reform, new laws, possibility to apply for a "green card" for some people, but not an amnesty.
