Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas

i am 16 years old and i want to now if my parents can have a green card. they have been living here in the usa for more than 17 years and have no criminal record. we want to lnow what we canfo so they can stay here and get tere green card and how much will it cost us. if you can please answer me as soon as possible thank you.

How did they come to USA (on visas or without visas)?

If they come to USA on visas, and you are a US citizen, you might be able to petition for them when you turn 21 years of age. However, you will not be able to help them if they came to USA illegally and not eligible for adjustment of status.

Did someone ever file any petition for them with INS or USCIS? If yes, what was filed?

Your parents cannot easily get green cards if they are in the country illegally. They should consult an immigration attorney if they haven't done it yet.
