Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
My fiance lives is from England how do we get married and keep her here in the USA quickly
1 Answer from Attorneys
If she is in the USA subject to lawful admission, you can get married and apply for her adjustment of status ('green card'). There are many nuances that one has to keep in mind before starting any immigration process, therefore, it's always advisable to consult a lawyer, especially if a fiancee didn't arrive in the USA on a Fiancee visa, but on a Visa Waiver program.
