Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
I have a friend who was deported in 2002. It has been seven years and she would like
to come to the U.S. to visit. She was held for 29 days in county jail before deportaion.
She did not see a judge or go to a court hearing. When the bus arrived at the mexican border she was given a pieace of paper. That said she was not allowed to
enter the U.S for 20 years. What can I do to help her?

It means that she is banned from USA for 20 years, and it's not likely can get a visitor's visa 7 years after deportation.
